Embroidered Images can be applied in the following locations:-

• Using the very latest in embroidery machinery, you can have up to 15 different colours in your image.
   
• Images to be embroidered have to be digitised first. There is a one off cost for this service of £20.83+vat regardless of the number of items you order. No charge will be made on subsequent orders using the same logo/image.
   
• We would normally recommend that images to be applied to left/right breast positions are no more than 8cm x 8cm, but 6cm often looks better. For images to across the front/back of the garment then a maximum width of 28cm is possible.
   
• Remember that embroidery adds weight to the garment, so large images on a t-shirt, or polo shirt can pull the garment out of shape.
   
• The price of £2.29+ vat for each logo to be applied is based on a stitch count of up to 10,000 per image. This should be sufficient for most breast positioned images; however for larger/detailed images an additional cost may be incurred and charged at £0.25p+ vat per 1,000 stitch count over 10,000.
   
• Staff/Members names can also be added for £1.25+vat per name/position. For most Font types there is no digitisation required for the name, we will advise & discuss with you further should you choose a font type which requires to be digitised
   
• We will not embroider copywrite/trademarked images unless you are the owner of that mark, or have specific written permission to use the image in way intended from the owner.
   
• With the exception of some items in the Brook Taverner range of Corporate Clothing, all items sold on this site have been chosen for their suitability for embroidery. On the Brook Taverner range we can apply Tax Tags if required.
   
• Preferred formats for artwork are vector files, or high resolution JPG, PDF, Tiff, EPS, PSD files. 300dpi is accepted for non vector files, but please keep files under 2mb if uploading, or emailing.

• High resolution artwork will help produce high quality embroidery but it is possible to work with dpi counts down to 72, just let us have the best quality image you have and we will advise further.
