When do I have to pay? |

Full payment is required before items are embroidered, or despatch of goods if no embroidery is required. Preferred payment is via this web site using a debit, or credit card. We will also accept cheques, which will need to be cleared prior to items being embroidered/despatched, or a bac’s payment direct to our bank. What is GSM? |

GSM is an industry wide term and a measurement of weight. It stands for Grams per Square Meter. Whilst it does not necessarily reflect quality, items with a low GSM will frequently not last as long, or be suitable for embroidery. If you are buying promotional items to give away, or that will only be worn a few times and need to keep costs down, it is worth looking at products with a lower GSM as they are frequently cheaper. For regular longer term use of garments, we do recommend items with a higher GSM. |

I want my logo embroidered onto different products from your range of clothing. |

Yes, this is fine (including different sizes/colours from same range), we will even give you the volume discounts shown, if the total order is for 50 items, or more. Please contact us to discuss on 01283 240257, as the web site will not automatically apply the discount to your order. |

I only need one item to be embroidered? |

Unfortunately we have a minimum order level of 8 items for embroidery although this can be made up of items from different product ranges on our web site. |

Can I have a sample before confirming my order? |

We will automatically send you an electronic image showing how your embroidery will look.. You will then be asked to check the image and confirm it is correct before we proceed in processing your order. Take care to check spelling etc, as we cannot be held responsible for such errors after your items have been produced. If after seeing the image of how your embroidery will look, you then also want to see an embroidered sample, we can supply a material patch with your embroidered image. However, a charge of £25 for digitising your logo will be made at this point even if you then change your mind and cancel the order. Please note that the material used for an embroidery sample may not be the same material, or colour of your chosen garment(s), although the embroidery thread will be same as that to be utilised in producing the final garment. |

How long will my order take? |

Prior to processing your order, we will send you an email with an example of how your embroidery will look. Once you have agreed this with us, we will endeavour to despatch your order within 7 working days. We will keep you fully informed of likely delivery dates though at the time of confirming your order. |

My club/company have a range of colours that we want to keep too, but can’t see any items that meet our colour requirements on your web site. |

Please talk to us, there is a huge range of garments with different colour ways available in the market, particularly for polo shirts and jumpers. Tell us what you are specifically looking for and we will see if we can meet your requirements. |

Your bulk price discounts seem to stop at 100+ items. I am looking to order several 1000 pieces, will you reduce your pricing for larger orders. |

Yes, either call us on 01283 240257, or email us at sales@clubandcorporatewear.co.uk with your requirements and we give you the best price we can for your order. No order is too large, although lead times may need to be longer for very large orders. |

Can I return a sample item? |

Yes, samples that have not been embroidered with your chosen design can be returned for a full refund if returned within 14 days of receipt. They should not have been worn (other than being tried on for size) and should not have been damaged in anyway, or had any labels/tags removed. |

What is tax tagging? |

We are not tax experts so you should refer to your own accountants for advice and not rely on the comments below.
Our understanding though is that if you provide your staff with clothing for use in their work, that you, or your member of staff, may incur a tax charge. To avoid this, the HMRC look for the clothing items provided to staff to clearly show your company name/logo in a way that in the normal course of events your staff would not choose to wear the item out socially. With the clothing in the Corporate Clothing Range, then what has commonly come to be known as a tax tag can to be applied to the garment. Tax Tags should though be visible and not hidden on the inside of the garment. A Tax Tag can be applied to the suits/dresses in our corporate range. Costs of producing the label with vary on your design and minimum order levels do apply. For most designs this will be 300, but we can hold any surplus tags for you to use on your next order, or send the surplus to you. For Polo’s/jumpers etc, then a visible embroidered logo should meet HMRC requirements. |
